When someone clicks 'yes' it seems to add ratings or votes to every item in that collection, which is why there is such a higher percentage of good ratings for these ships than even the most famous and well made other ships out there. You'll notice on his collection ' the black fleet' that it asks if you would like to see these items in space engineers.
